1. The short version

We collect as little as possible. We don't have user accounts, we don't ask for medical records, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers or payment details, and we don't sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers.

2. What we collect

• Request forms: your name, email or phone number, city or ZIP code, a general concern category and your preferred contact time. The business contact form also collects the message you write.
• Basic technical data: the page you submitted from and the country your request came from, used for spam prevention and site improvement.
• Analytics: we may use privacy-focused analytics, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, that count page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Please don't include medical history or other sensitive health details in our forms.

3. How we use and share it

We use your request to follow up with you and to help you find a licensed podiatrist. With your consent, we may share your contact details and general concern with a licensed Florida podiatry practice so they can contact you about scheduling. We don't sell your information to unrelated third parties.

4. Storage and security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, with access limited to site administrators. We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
